KEARNEY — Horse owners concerned about contact with the Equine
Herpesvirus have canceled Eddyville’s annual Buzzard’s Roost Trail
ride scheduled for Saturday.
It’s not the only event that is a victim of EHV-1 fear. “There
are lots of people canceling events,” said Nebraska Department of
Agriculture spokeswoman Christin Kamm.
