PANE BELLO, a staple on Second Avenue since 2003, will have 55 employees when it re-opens as Panera Bread early this summer.

KEARNEY— Pane Bello, the café that has stood at 5004 Second Ave. for nine years, will become a Panera Bread franchise.
The title will transfer March 1, but the eatery will close in late February so the transition can begin, according to Jim Jenkins of Callaway, president of Pane Bello.
