KEARNEY — Beginning Friday, anyone needing general legal help in representing themselves in court can get it at the Buffalo County Courthouse.

The self-help center will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the first Friday of every month in the Justice Center of the courthouse. The public can meet with an attorney who will help them with the forms that need to be completed and instructions so they can represent themselves in court.
