KEARNEY — A sixth suspect is accused of having sex with an underage girl in Kearney in a child prostitution ring.

Zachary M. Schmidt, 26, of North Platte is charged in Buffalo County Court with first-degree sexual assault of a child. The charge accuses him of having sex with a girl at least 12 years old, but younger than 16, between February 2012 and March 2012 at a Kearney motel.
