LINCOLN — Janice B. Bevard, 83, of Lincoln died Thursday, March 13, 2014, at Tabitha Health Care in Lincoln.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Congregational Church in Weeping Water with Mary McQueen officiating. Inurnment will be later at Oakwood Cemetery near Weeping Water.

Visitation will be from 1-9 p.m. today at Hammons Family Funeral Chapel in Weeping Water with the family present from 6-8 p.m.

She was born Dec. 21, 1930, in Lexington to John and Jenny (Holster) Flynn.

Survivors include her companion, Pablo Martinez; daughters, June Grafe and her husband, Roger, and Mary Ann Jurges and her husband, Neil; sons, Ron Bevard and his wife, Eileen, Kim Bevard, Paul Bevard and his wife, Deb, and Terry Flynn and Patty Rich; 20 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephew and friends.

She passed away while in the company of family members.

She was a homemaker and worked as a housekeeper at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; nine sisters; son, John; and daughters, Naomi and Glory Ann.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation or to the donor’s choice.
