Twenty children will be selected as Kearney Regional Medical Center & Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. Cute Kids.Their photos will be published, one per day, on the front page of the Kearney Hub beginning Dec. 2.

They will also receive a T-shirt that reads “I’m a Kearney Regional Medical Center & Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. Cute Kid!” Digital entries can be submitted here, or printed photos can be submitted with an entry form (in the Hub or available at the office) by mail to: Kearney Hub Cute Kids Contest, P.O. Box 1988, Kearney, NE 68848, or dropped off at the Hub office, 13 East 22nd Street.

Children must have been born on or after Jan. 1, 2015. Only one picture per child may be entered and only one child per picture, except in the case of multiple births. For digital entries, please submit high-resolution (large or original size). In general, digital photos should be 80K or larger - and the bigger, the better! For printed entries, please send 4”x 6”, 31/2” x 5” or wallet size photos.

Photos do not have to be professionally taken. Black and white or good quality color photos will be accepted. Photos not suitable for reproduction will be disqualified. Photo must have been taken within the past 12 months and have child’s name printed on the back. Professional photos stamped with “Do Not Duplicate” will not be accepted.

A release form from the photographer must accompany a copyright photo. The first 430 photos submitted and suitable for reproduction will be printed in a Special Edition published the week of December 15, 2019.

Photos will be available to be claimed at the Hub between Jan. 2 and Feb. 9. All photos not claimed by Feb. 9, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. will be discarded. Kearney Regional Medical Center & Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. and the Kearney Hub are not responsible for lost or damaged photos.

Deadline is Friday, November 23, 2019.
