Sealed bids will be accepted by

the Military Department, State of

Nebraska, for the Greenlief Training

Site (GTS) Bldg 600 Interior Sus-

tainment Project located at 6700

East J Street, Hastings, Nebraska

68901, not later than 1:30 PM on

9 July 2019.

The work consists of furnishing

all labor, equipment, tools, materi-

als, travel, lifts, licenses and per-

mits required to repair various fail-

ing building components and areas

in Bldg. 600 (Transient Training En-

listed Barracks) at GTS.

This 1984 facility is in need of fa-

cility repairs and life-cycle replace-

ment repairs. Project to include re-

pair of failing plumbing system,

water lines and plumbing fixtures.

The external water main and sani-

tary lines are deteriorating, crack-

ing and in need of repair or re-

placement. The current HVAC sys-

tem is also in need of repair and at

the end of its useful life. The electri-

cal system is in need of minor re-

pairs to components, including wir-

ing, fixtures and electrical altera-

tions to meet current building

codes.

The Pre-Bid Conference and

walk-thru are scheduled for 25

June 2019 at 10:30 AM. at GTS
