companies for the furnishing of all

labor, materials, equipment, ser-

vices, and incidentals for perform-

ing Janitorial Services at the Peter-

son Senior Activity Center (PSAC)

located at 2020 West 11th Street.

The work required for this facility is

described in the sample contract

which includes work specifications

as well as the contractual terms

and conditions.
