KEARNEY — A community Thanksgiving worship and Pie-fest will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Congregations are combining choirs and leadership to share in the service, which will be at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 24th Street and Second Avenue.

Volunteers can join the combined choir for rehearsal at 6 p.m. The offering gathered for the evening will be donated to the Kearney Jubilee Center.

Participating churches are United Methodist, Episcopal, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Salvation Army and Catholic congregations.

Attendees may bring pies, which will be shared afterward. Extra pies will be served at the community Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday.
