KEARNEY — Additional evidence discovered as part of an ongoing investigation has led to a Kearney man being charged with four counts of felony possession of child pornography.
Brandon D. Storz, 18, of Kearney was charged Tuesday in a Buffalo County warrant. The charges allege the incidents happened between April 12 and April 13.
Storz also faces an earlier charge of felony first-degree sexual assault of a person born in 2010. The charge, filed in April, alleges sexual penetration without consent. That incident is alleged to have happened April 13 in the 1800 block of Avenue C, records indicate.
Further details of the alleged incident are sealed. That case is pending in Buffalo County Court.

Buffalo County Attorney Shawn Eatherton said the porn charges stem from additional evidence that was discovered as part of the ongoing sexual assault investigation.
Storz remains in custody at the Buffalo County Jail and must post a combined $60,000 bond to be freed. He is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
